Total deposits were MNT 18.4 trillion in May 2022, an increase of 321.9 billion or 1.8 percent on the previous month. This is an increase of MNT 354.6 billion or 3 percent on the same period in 2021. Savings in local currency increased by MNT 14014.7 billion or 2.1 percent whereas foreign currency deposits increased by 0.7 percent or MNT 4390.5 billion.
