In January, the national consumer price index increased by 1% compared to December 2020, and increased by 1% in the year to date. Annual inflation is 2.3%.  In January 2021, the inflation rate was 2.4 percent nationwide, 2.2 percentage points or 91.7 percent due to the increase in food, beverage and water prices.  More details and figures please visit January Macroeconomic overview.
