In July, the average nominal exchange rate against the US dollar was MNT 3153.03. This is a 304 MNT increase from the same period in 2021, and a 28.78 MNT increase from June 2022. In July, foreign exchange reserves reached 2.8 billion MNT a decrease 37.1 percent from the same period in 2021, and -7.06 percent decrease from June 2022.
