In February, the average nominal exchange rate against the US dollar was MNT 2857.20. This is a 7.50 MNT increase from the same period in 2021, and a 7.84 MNT increase from January 2022. In January, foreign exchange reserves reached 3.9 billion MNT a decrease 9.6 percent from the same period in 2021, and -9.64 percent decrease from December 2021.
