Macroeconomic overview- August 2018

In August, In the second quarter of 2018, Mongolia’s total public foreign debt stood at USD 6.9 billion. Mongolia’s total external debt outstanding is USD 27.7 billion. Government debt decreased by 5 percent compared to the previous quarter (USD 327.9 million) and total external debt decreased by 1 percent on the previous quarter (167.3 million).
