Meetings with NDIC and the Industrialization Policy Committee

Mr. Otgochuluu met with representatives of Industrialization Policy
Committee, led by the first deputy prime minister and representatives of
National Development and Innovation Committee. He also attended the
half day workshop they organized. He suggested including some ideas on
improving economic diversification section of the plan. Particularly on
establishing investment funds in order to place the income from mining
sector and support innovation policy, youth education etc. The parties
also agreed that there is a need for renovation in legal environment.
Particularly, elaborating on the description of “Small to Medium
enterprises” and adding “micro” as a classification. EPCRC will
cooperate with NDIC on this and develop suggestions to the government.
