Local stakeholder engagement continues

Director Otgochuluu met with Mr.Behbat, advisor to State Property
Committee, Mr.Horst of USAID to discuss about workshops on public
private partnership and consensus model. Today, policy makers,
enterprises, investors and interested parties have different views.
Since they do not have a cohesive view, the policies and actions they
take cannot be interrelated, unripe and results are not clear.
Therefore, it is good to study a chain relationship of coherent
view-theory-implementation once again. Mr.Otgochuluu
also met with Darinchuluun.B, director of monitoring and evaluation
division of Cabinet Secretariat of Government of Mongolia and introduced
EPCRC. They exchanged their opinions on the effectiveness of government
operations and ways to improve the efficiency of government policy.
