Meeting with Mr.Horst Meinecke

EPCRC respresentatives met with Mr Horst Meinecke, Infrastructure and
Mining Policy Advisor of USAID Economic Policy Reform and
Competitiveness Project. The parties discussed and stressed the
importance of improving the PPP legal environment for domestic and
international private enterprises with budget investment, foreign direct
investment. Furthermore, the parties agreed to organize several
workshops leading into the 2011 Mongolia Economic Forum.
